I am a Seattle Therapist working with couples and individuals dealing with relational issues.
I desire to be an individual who walks the talk. I know the fears and concerns that can come when first seeking out therapy for your relationship. I wanted to know what it was like to sit on the couch with my partner and practice the skills I would one day be teaching my own clients. It was hard to be vulnerable and share the truths about our relationship-the good, the bad and the ugly. What we gained though was worth every single penny and every tear cried. We both look back at our couples therapy fondly and continue to practice the skills we learned.
While being passionate about working with couples, I have also spent my career working with adolescents and young adults exploring their identity and values as they navigate the complex developmental process. I love watching individuals develop their own minds and pursue their goals and dreams. I am also experienced in providing onsite grief and crisis support for organizations dealing with traumatic events.
When I am not in the office, I enjoy trying new coffee shops, going on walks with my family or meal-prepping in the kitchen.
