Finding Connection and Support

The Pandemic is taking a toll on so many of us, including me. My anxiety has increased, my emotional reactions have worsened, and I've needed lots of support. I want to encourage you to find connection and support during this time whether it be online, doing social distancing, or connecting with people you feel are safe to see in person.
