In 2025, we are introducing a monthly relationship-building hour featuring different trainings conducted by the Connected Couples Counseling Team.


For January, we dove into how regular relationship check-ins are a simple yet powerful way to stay connected with your partner and nurture your bond. By setting aside time daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly to share feelings, celebrate wins, and address challenges, you can strengthen your emotional intimacy and align your goals. This practice helps you stay attuned to each other's needs and keep your relationship thriving.
