While we specialize in couples therapy, we also work with individuals who want to understand their relationship and attachment patterns to create more healing and clarity as they pursue creating a relationship that matches the vision they have.

We work with individuals who are:
-
Processing the pain of past relationships.
-
Wanting to break repetitive patterns that have left them wounded, confused, and disconnected.
-
Desiring to show up more genuinely and authentically in relationships.
-
Pursuing more self-confidence and trust in themselves.

As you work with our team, you will gain insight into your emotional patterns, rebuild your sense of self, and develop tools needed for healthier relationships--with yourself and others! Our goal is to help you release what is no longer serving you and move forward with clarity, self-compassion, and confidence!

Individual Therapy FAQs
1. Do you take insurance.
Our team is not paneled with any insurance providers. We do provide superbills that you can submit for reimbursement. Please be sure to inquire with your insurance company about your out-of-network coverage and what reimbursement would look like.
2. What is the cost for Individual Therapy?
Each of our team members have different rates for sessions. We discuss session rates on our complimentary consultation call that we schedule to ensure the therapist you want to work with is a good-fit for what you are seeking out of therapy.
3. How long do we meet?
We personalize the sessions for each of our clients. Depending on your goals for therapy and what will be required to meet those goals will determine how long you are in therapy. On average, clients meet with a therapist for 4-12 months.
