Hot, Not Broken is a therapist-led support group for women navigating the emotional, physical, and relational shifts of peri- and post-menopause. This group offers education, validation, and connection as your body changes—and your relationships feel the impact.

 

*Understand what’s happening in your body and nervous system

*Learn tools for mood, anxiety, sleep, and emotional reactivity

*Explore how this transition affects partnership, family, and work relationships

*Connect with women who truly get it

 

This isn’t about fixing yourself or “handling it better.” It’s about understanding your body and strengthening connection—with yourself and the people who matter.

You’re changing—not failing.

This group is FREE! Beginning January 17th and ongoing the 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month from 10-11 am
